Biography:

I’m the co-founder of Finesse Foreva & a publishing executive at Believe/Sentric Music, dedicated to championing indie talent and building pathways for the next generation. I achieved the first UK rap/drill No.1 with one of my artists and producer, and secured a Drake placement on Dark Lane Demo Tapes for a client/writer. I’ve delivered music education programs for young people facing barriers to entry and hosted a 700+ attendee music conference in 2024. After winning MMF’s Team of the Year & serving as AIM’s youngest Board observer, I’m ready to bring fresh ideas & inclusivity to the board.

Personal Statement:

I would bring a fresh, forward thinking and inclusive perspective to the AIM Board, grounded in real experience building and scaling an independent music company from the ground up. As co-founder of Finesse Foreva and a publishing executive at Believe/Sentric Music, I’ve worked across the full music supply chain from A&R and rights management to marketing, education and international collaboration. I’ve achieved tangible success, including the first UK rap/drill No.1, a Drake placement on Dark Lane Demo Tapes, and multiple sold-out artist tours.

Beyond business achievements, I’m deeply committed to education and access, having created courses and programs to help young people from underrepresented backgrounds build sustainable music careers. I understand the challenges and opportunities facing independent labels, artists and entrepreneurs, and want to use that insight to help AIM shape a fairer, more innovative future for the industry.

After serving as AIM’s youngest Board observer, I’ve developed a strong understanding of its governance, mission and values. I’m ready to contribute fully bringing creativity, strategic thinking and lived experience from the next generation of independent leaders to help AIM continue driving forward
